OUR HISTORY · OUR MANIFESTO
By Jorge Aurelio Riffo
“My social commitment was not born from theory or behind a desk, but from the realities I witnessed and lived through for decades: experiences that deeply marked my understanding of inequality, human dignity and, above all, the responsibility to act.”
It was not an office project.
It was not born at a desk, nor was it the result of an institutional strategy.
It arose from abandonment. From the broken and unfulfilled promises of politicians who only appear during campaigns, offering health, education, and well-being... and then disappear. It was born from the despair sown by systems that turned rights into favors and dignity into merchandise.
From closed schools, empty hospitals, and communities condemned to oblivion. It is born from collective pain, forced migration, and the struggle to survive amid abandonment. We were witnesses.
We were part of that forgotten community. We saw how inequality became the norm and institutional indifference became a habit. We traveled across Latin America, Central America, Mexico, and the United States.
In all those territories, the same pattern repeated: empty promises, failed policies, structural exclusion. Peoples forced to migrate, to leave behind their roots, their land, their language, their traditions; driven by hunger, violence, unemployment, addiction, and neglect. Condemned to emotional exile, uprooting, and family separation. And that was where we decided to act.
From Experience to a Way of Working
Over more than 35 years of social and community work, as well as active participation in the media, I witnessed firsthand realities deeply marked by inequality, exclusion, and abandonment.
I witnessed some of its most painful expressions: mothers and entire families facing the anguish of being unable to cover basic needs; children, youth, and elderly individuals without proper access to healthcare or education; and entire communities marked by institutional neglect.
I saw it in my country and across various countries in Latin America. I understood that inequality does not merely cause material hardship: it also leaves deep emotional, familial, and social consequences, eroding trust, autonomy, and hopes for the future.
Yet I also witnessed the resilience, solidarity, and capacity of people to rebuild their lives even in the most adverse circumstances.
From these deep inequalities and social injustices was born our commitment to those who needed it most: to be present, listen, accompany, and act.
Tijuana: When Experience Became an Organization
It was in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, right across from San Diego, United States, where all of that experience began to consolidate institutionally with the creation and development of the Consorcio Nacional ConSalud.
On one of the most dynamic and complex borders in the world, marked by migration and the ongoing convergence of cultures alongside deep social inequalities, we brought together education, preventive healthcare, training, and community action within a single project.
Tijuana was not the beginning of my social commitment; it was where years of experience, learning, and conviction transformed into an organized structure serving the community.
From Latin America to Berlin
The need to expand this model and build international bridges led us to establish Con Salud y Educación 360 Más e.V. in Berlin, Germany.
From the heart of Europe, we forge cooperation partnerships, training programs, certifications, and human development initiatives to transfer resources, methodologies, and direct impact to the communities that need it most.
Why 360?
Because health and education cannot be understood in isolation or piecemeal. A 360 approach embraces the individual in all dimensions: physical health, emotional and preventive health, continuing education, community development, human rights, and social integration.
A comprehensive perspective that embraces families and transforms environments in a lasting, sustainable way.
Our Manifesto
- Where others fled, we stayed.
- Where there was silence, we listened.
- Where there was abandonment, we offered active dignity.
- Where institutions did not reach, we were present.
We were the answer. We were social action. We were emotional support, community accompaniment, and genuine human presence.
We provided education, healthcare, psychological support, teacher training, and care for children, migrants, and vulnerable populations.
Because we were not born to make promises: we were born to act.
With commitment, with awareness, with ethics.
With health, with education, with dignity.
With the people, everything. Without the people, nothing.

What Began as Commitment Continues as Responsibility
Accumulated experience taught us that real transformation demands perseverance, technical rigor, and deep respect for the identity and dignity of each community.
We do not conceive of assistance as a passive gesture, but as a tool for empowerment, skill-building, and collective autonomy.
Join Our Story
We invite you to walk with us. Because we will no longer accept generations condemned to abandonment.
We want healthcare that embraces, education that awakens, well-being that includes. We want greater dignity for every forgotten community.
Together, yes we can. With more education, more health, more social justice, and more humanity, we build the country our children deserve.
Join us. It is not charity: it is justice.
“A story that began alongside communities and today continues building bridges from Berlin to the world.”
