Con Salud y Educación 360 Más e.V. is a social, educational, and international cooperation organization based in Berlin, Germany, committed to strengthening holistic well-being, sustainable human development, and equal opportunities for vulnerable communities, families, and individuals in contexts of human mobility and intercultural integration.

In cooperation with our collaborative partners, 360 Global Alliance & Certification Group UG and 360 Global Alliance Academy, we develop and strengthen training initiatives, academic cooperation, certification, and international coordination, complementing the social, educational, and community work of Con Salud y Educación 360 Más e.V.

Born as an initiative with a global calling, the organization projects a comprehensive intervention model proven and enriched in the field, bringing together preventive healthcare, transformative education, technical capacity development, and civic empowerment as essential pillars to overcome exclusion and guarantee human dignity.

Academic, Scientific, and Institutional Cooperation

The organization promotes solid and collaborative ties with academia, research centers, and international public bodies to generate applied knowledge, evaluate social impact, and design interdisciplinary intervention methodologies. Through technical and pedagogical cooperation agreements, we transfer successful community models into high-impact institutional frameworks.

Institutional Cooperation and Teacher Training in the State of Brandenburg, Germany

In the federal state of Brandenburg (Land Brandenburg), Germany, our organization and its leadership team have developed continuing education and teacher professional development programs, officially recognized by state educational authorities:

Official Training Program: Implementation of the specialized course „Programm 360 – Lehrkräftewohlbefinden, Neurodiversität und schulische Inklusion“.

Official Recognition: Accredited under Official Recognition No. 2026-3.20-000-13-G by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Brandenburg (Ministerium für Bildung, Jugend und Sport des Landes Brandenburg - MBJS).

Mexico – Cooperation with the Educational System and SNTE

In Mexico, our institutional track record features a solid history of collaboration with national educators and state and federal educational authorities, coordinating strategic efforts with the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE):

Official Notice No. 423/2009 (File 29-45): Institutional endorsement and accreditation for conducting holistic health training sessions and community pedagogical updates aimed at teaching and managerial staff.

Official Notice No. 6039 (File 2011): Formal recognition of community engagement and outreach for the implementation of preventive oral health programs, psychosocial support, and life skills development in vulnerable school communities.

Expanding International Network

Our cooperation network transcends territorial borders through ongoing collaboration with nonprofit organizations, volunteer networks, and community representatives in Germany, Mexico, Spain, and various countries across Latin America and Europe, consolidating bridges of solidarity and technical capacity exchange.

We promote language learning, intercultural mediation, and academic exchange with universities and language academies to facilitate the accreditation of skills, access to employment opportunities, and the harmonious integration of professionals and families into multicultural societies.

Mental Health, Prevention, and Inclusion

Holistic well-being cannot be understood without giving priority attention to mental health, managing migratory grief, preventing psychosocial risks, and promoting the full inclusion of individuals with disabilities or facing extreme vulnerability, through community therapy, socio-emotional workshops, and dedicated support.

Migration, Interculturality, and Linguistic Diversity

We approach migration from a human rights perspective and mutual enrichment. Our programs recognize linguistic and cultural diversity as an invaluable asset, providing tools for initial legal orientation, sociocultural adaptation, and intergenerational dialogue.

The 360 Ecosystem transversally integrates preventive medical and dental healthcare, basic and technical education, emotional support, sustainable community development, and professional volunteering.
