We work from an interdisciplinary, preventive, intercultural, and rights-based perspective, with special attention to mental health, burnout prevention, neurodiversity, disability, educational and workplace inclusion, migration, migratory grief, teacher well-being, professional training, and community strengthening.
We carry out actions directed at educators, healthcare professionals, psychologists, educators, social workers, families, migrants, refugees, neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities, youth, women, older adults, and other groups who need greater opportunities for inclusion and participation.
We maintain and promote collaboration agreements, academic and institutional cooperation, and professional networks with universities, research centers, schools, hospitals, social organizations, enterprises, public administrations, and other entities, both in Germany and in Latin America and other regions of the world.
Through these alliances, we foster training, professional exchange, social projects, scientific cooperation, knowledge transfer, mobility, educational innovation, and international program development.
Our work is also developed in thematic and methodological alignment with international reference frameworks, including the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.
Likewise, we draw on principles and guidelines from UNESCO in inclusive education, lifelong learning, educational innovation, and the ethical and responsible use of technology; from the World Health Organization (WHO) in mental health, well-being, and psychosocial risk prevention; and from the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, particularly Article 24 on Education and Article 27 on Work and Employment.
We also consider international frameworks related to competencies, professional development, inclusion, well-being, lifelong learning, and educational cooperation, ensuring that our programs maintain a contemporary, responsible perspective connected to key social, educational, and healthcare challenges.
This alignment represents a thematic and methodological reference and does not imply sponsorship, certification, or accreditation by these international organizations.
“To transform knowledge, prevention, education, health, inclusion, and cooperation into real opportunities for individuals, communities, and institutions, with autonomy, well-being, and dignity.”
